Hot Haus: Facing Realities with The Art Union
Morning dew or cold sweat? Outside in the early morning little droplets slither along green spines. Inside, I left the radiator on too high and the cheese plant simply melted, (it's bubbling away in the corner, getting crispy at the edges). Moral fibers are contracting. Waxed skins and pulled petals overdose on nutrient solution. Grab yourself a towel and make yourself at home- there's Chlorophyll on the stove and fresh sprouts in the toaster!
Max Puorro and Gabriella Hirst are making a hothouse to within which to germinate ideas and stave off winter dormancy. We welcome you to join us for a one-afternoon performance/saunasession/reading group in a tiny steamy greenhouse nestled within a garden Kolonie alongside the autobahn, as part of the group exhibition 'Facing Realities', hosted by ArtUnion Berlin.
